أين تذهب الصور التي أحذفها؟

لا يحذف نقي شيئاً حتى تراجع سلة الحذف وتؤكد. بعد التأكيد تنتقل الصور إلى ألبوم «المحذوفة مؤخراً» في تطبيق الصور، وتبقى هناك ثلاثين يوماً يمكنك خلالها استعادتها. لتوفير المساحة فوراً، أفرغ ذلك الألبوم من تطبيق الصور.

لماذا لا يظهر إلا بعض صوري؟

إذا منحت نقي وصولاً محدوداً فسيرى الصور التي اخترتها فقط. لتغيير ذلك: الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← نقي ← الصور ← الوصول الكامل.

هل تُرفع صوري إلى الإنترنت؟

لا. الفحص الذكي وكل المعالجة تتم على جهازك، ولا يتصل التطبيق بأي خادم لتحليل صورك. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

المساحة المعروضة تختلف عمّا وفّرته فعلاً

أحجام الملفات تقريبية، خاصة للصور المحفوظة في صور iCloud بنسخة مصغرة على الجهاز، ولا تتحرر المساحة كاملة إلا بعد إفراغ «المحذوفة مؤخراً».

ما الفرق بين المجاني ونقي بلس؟

النسخة المجانية تعطيك 50 سحبة يومياً تتجدد كل يوم، ونتائج الفحص الذكي، وذكريات «في مثل هذا اليوم»، والأداة المصغّرة. نقي بلس يفتح السحب بلا حدود، والحذف الجماعي بلمسة لمجموعات الفحص الذكي مع اختيار أفضل لقطة تلقائياً، ومجموعات رمضان والعيد، وتصاميم إضافية لبطاقة المشاركة.

استعادة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه

لاسترجاع اشتراك سابق: افتح نقي ← الإعدادات ← استرجاع المشتريات، باستخدام حساب Apple نفسه. للإلغاء: الإعدادات في الجوال ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← نقي بلس. يجب الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية لتجنب التجديد. لطلب استرداد المبلغ استخدم reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where do deleted photos go?

Naqi deletes nothing until you review the bin and confirm. After you confirm, the items move to the Recently Deleted album in Photos and stay there for 30 days, during which you can recover them. To free the space immediately, empty that album in Photos.

Why do I only see some of my photos?

With limited access, Naqi sees only the photos you selected. To change it: Settings → Apps → Naqi → Photos → Full Access.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Smart scan and all processing run on your device, and the app contacts no server to analyse your photos. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

The space shown differs from what I saved

File sizes are approximate, especially for iCloud Photos items kept on the device as optimised copies, and the space is only fully freed once Recently Deleted is emptied.

Free vs Naqi Plus

Free includes 50 swipes a day with a daily reset, smart scan results, On This Day memories and the widget. Naqi Plus adds unlimited swipes, one-tap bulk delete of smart scan groups with automatic best-shot pick, Ramadan and Eid collections, and extra share card themes.

Restore or cancel a subscription

To restore: open Naqi → Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account. To cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Naqi Plus. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
